Fellow Vancouverites: may I ask where the heck the sunshine went? Just a few short days ago, our West Coast climate was sunny, warm, and seemed to be well on its way to summer. Now it's back to rain, gloom, and chilly winds. Nevertheless, there is something quite monumental to celebrate-- I just finished my last final exam and can finally enjoy my summer break! I have so much to look forward to: dinner at a new Cajun place with the boyfriend tonight, my upcoming trip to Miami and the Bahamas, and my summertime vacation in Asia (China and Singapore). Also, I cannot forget how much I am blessed in terms of wonderful friends and family with whom I spend my free time. Each and every one of these individuals makes me smile and want to be a better version of myself... And I have all summer to both have fun with them and to work on all of the projects that I never could do while in school.
In regard to this outfit, it was such a nice and warm day that I felt like channeling my inner hippie/boho-chic with these retro-circular sunnies. I also felt uber summery in this almost all-white ensemble consisting of a crop top and sheer skirt featuring floral silhouettes.
What are you most looking forward to enjoying this summer?
Hehe not from Vancouver but we all of a sudden have a freeze warning in almost end of April, how insane! But then again, I can't imagine how hot it's going to be in this coming summer so maybe I should take advantage of this up & down weather for now. First off, I lovvvve the bag! I love how it has that classic & practical look. And sweet combo w/ the denim vest over the lovely floral skirt :]
